We used the mango flava-malt at a rate of 0.1lb/bbl. The result was a clean, clear mango blonde ale with tons of mango flavor. When we use this product again, we will probably dial it back a little as we tend go fairly light with our fruited/flavored beers. A little bit goes a long way!
