Rob Schwarz – Head Brewer – Storm Peak Brewing Company – Steamboat Springs, CO

Using Proximity means we can get almost all the grain we use grown and malted locally. Having that close connection to our ingredient sources is very important to us. The excellent customer service and malt quality seals the deal for us at Storm Peak.
