DALE WEST, Chief Executive Officer
Dale leads the Proximity team with 25 years of barley and malt industry experience. In the course of his career, he was at ConAgra in various roles from grain trading to Vice President–Supply Chain and Customer Service.
After beginning as Director of Barley Procurement, he served as Executive Vice President – Commercial, at ADM Malting, and Chief Commercial Officer at International Malting Company (previously Froedtert Malt).
