Welcome Jake Capron to Monte Vista, Colorado!

Proximity Malt is happy to welcome Jake Capron as our Regional Manager for the Southwest plant in Monte Vista, CO.  Jake earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Kansas State University where he majored in Feed Science and Management.  He has gained over 10 years of knowledge and experience while motivating teams, meeting quality goals and maintaining safety standards in the brewing, malting and pet food industries.  At Proximity Malt, Jake will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, meeting quality and consistency standards and customer expectations of the Monte Vista plant while maintaining communication between the plant and the Milwaukee headquarters.  He will report to David Kuske, VP of Operations. We are thrilled to have Jake as part of the Proximity Team.
